These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Impact Weaver ("the Service"), operated by Impact Weaver ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
Impact Weaver is a private leadership documentation tool. It helps professionals log work wins, generate AI-assisted impact statements, and store them in a personal vault. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free 14-day trial.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using it, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account.
You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or store using the Service ("Your Content"). We do not claim any ownership rights over Your Content.
Impact Weaver offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, access to premium features requires an active paid subscription.

Impact Weaver uses AI to help you articulate your professional accomplishments. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point for your own reflection and documentation. It does not replace HR, legal, performance management, or mental health advice.
You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before use.
Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted, unless required by law.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Impact Weaver shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
