Impact Weaver is a private documentation tool for professionals who want to capture their wins, translate them into credible impact statements, and prepare for performance reviews, promotions, and career conversations without exaggeration or loss of authenticity.
The Brag Bank is where you log your wins. You describe what you did in plain language, as if you were telling a friend, and the AI translates it into a polished impact bullet. Think of it as your private professional journal that works for you at review time.
After you log a win, the AI generates three versions of your impact bullet: Concise (short, direct, results-first, good for resumes and bios), Balanced (full context with action and result, good for performance reviews), and Leadership (positions you as a strategic driver, good for promotion conversations and executive summaries). You choose the one that fits best, or refine any of them further.
This is the format that hiring managers, promotion committees, and executives trust most. It says: here is the result (X), here is the proof (Y), and here is what I actually did (Z). It removes vagueness and positions your work as measurable impact, not just effort.
Yes. Impact Weaver is a web app that works in any mobile browser. Open impactweaverapp.com in Chrome on your phone and it works the same way.
Yes. Everything you log is private to your account. Nothing is shared with anyone, not your employer, not your coach, not us, unless you explicitly choose to share it. You own your content. Always.
Yes. Go to Account and click "Export my vault" to download all your saved wins and bullets as a plain text file. Available on Solo Pro.
The Impact Measurement Guide is a Pro feature that helps you find and calculate the right numbers to quantify your professional wins. It walks you through 6 categories of metrics: Revenue, Time Saved, Percentage Improvement, People Impacted, Volume & Output, and Satisfaction Scores, with plain-English formulas, real workplace examples, and live calculators you can use right now.
Quantified wins are significantly more memorable and persuasive than vague ones. "Improved team efficiency" is easy to overlook. "Reduced onboarding time by 40%, saving 120 hours per quarter" is hard to forget. Numbers give your wins credibility and make them stand out in performance reviews, interviews, and promotion conversations.
That's exactly what the guide helps with. You don't need perfect data, you need reasonable estimates. The guide walks you through how to calculate approximations using information you likely already have, like how long a task used to take, how many people were involved, or what something cost before versus after.
Yes. When you are adding a win in the Brag Bank, you will see a link next to the metrics field that says "Not sure what numbers to use? Learn how to measure your impact." Clicking it opens the Measurement Guide with your current win in context. When you are done calculating, you can return directly to that win or open it in edit mode to update it with your new numbers.
The Measurement Guide is available on Solo Pro and Coach Pro plans. Free trial users can see a preview of the feature including one full worked example, but the full guide with all 6 calculators requires a Pro plan.
Absolutely. You can open it any time from the main navigation as a standalone reference tool. Many users browse it before a performance review or job interview to identify which of their wins can be quantified.
Solo Pro is $19/month or $149/year. Both plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
If you choose to continue, your plan starts at the rate you selected. If you do not, your account moves to free access. You can still read your saved wins but will not be able to add new ones or generate bullets.
Yes. You can cancel from your Account page at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for the current period, but you keep full access until it ends.
Coach Pro is designed for leadership coaches who want to support clients in documenting their impact while preserving the client's voice and ownership. Coach Pro is coming soon. Join the waitlist to be first to know when it launches.
Chrome is recommended, especially for voice input. The microphone button uses Chrome's built-in speech recognition. Other browsers work for all other features.
Use the refinement options below your bullets. Click "This doesn't feel quite right" and tell the app what feels off. The AI will regenerate based on your feedback.
